One HappyWarriors Secret…

As an inventor, Thomas Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Could you imagine how gloomy the world would be if he’d quit?

Even Walt Disney—a man famous for positivity and creativity—was fired by a newspaper editor who claimed he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas.” Can you envision what the world would be like if he had given up?

An African American, Booker T. Washington (1856-1915) was born into slavery and rose to become a leading African American intellectual of the 19 centuries, founded Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute (Now Tuskegee University) in 1881 and the National Negro Business League two decades later. Booker Washington advised Presidents … including Theodore Roosevelt.

Booker T. Washington started out in 1885 with nothing. Who did he get as students, ex slaves. He thought them, not only from the Bible scriptures, but thought them indispensable skills and undeniable values; he thought them how to read, write, do basic numbers, how to keep good health, hygiene... By 1907, he was turning out more self-made millionaires than Harvard, Yale and Princeton universities combined. These were “black” people… and African Americans.

Stop coming down with excuses to quit… I’m black, I am yellow, the government is my problem, my family is my headache… If God is with you, who can be against you and win?

So this is you I’m talking about now. Get back to that drawing board and revise those blueprints for your life, family and business… and get moving with actions!
